Spiritual Paths

Companions on a Journey

In the Gospel of John, chapter 14, Jesus said: “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.” In making this declaration Jesus revealed that he understood the path he chose as a way for all humanity to approach daily living and to approach God. At Grace Church, we are all on a journey to discover our own unique pathway to an on-going encounter with the Holy. You are on a journey of discovery. We invite you to come seek with us. We don’t pretend to have all the answers (or even know all the questions) but we will be vulnerable and share our journeys.

As companions on the journey, we know that each person has an individual path to take. Through regular Sunday worship, reflection on the Word, Bible Study, adult Christian education events, Taize worship, parish retreats, our parish labyrinth, directed prayer, conversation with the clergy, and many other vehicles we will walk with you.

The Labyrinth

Grace Church has a canvas labyrinth and it is available for personal or group reflection. If you haven’t experienced the Labyrinth devotion you may want to give it a try and see if it is for you. Many are finding it is an excellent devotional aid. Contact the rector to learn more or to arrange to walk our labyrinth. You can also learn more at the website of Grace Cathedral.
